With the emergence of COVID-19, our primary concern and ultimate goal at the La Jicarita Rural Telephone Cooperative is to do our part in keeping our employees and the community safe by limiting the exposure to each other and effectively reducing the spread of the coronavirus disease.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time as we continue to serve your needs while taking the necessary precautions to support your safety, and that of our office staff and employees. When making a payment with a check or money order, we would prefer that such payment be dropped in our drop box located outside in the porch area, and/or mailed in lieu of a walk-in payment. We recommend those who pay their bills using a credit or debit card to simply call in your payment, our office staff will gladly process the payments for you. We also offer online bill pay and automatic bill pay using ACH or credit card information. This can be set up by visiting our website at www.lajicarita.com. As a final alternative and when it is necessary, cash payments are accepted by our office staff during normal business hours. Please note that we will receive only one customer at a time inside our front office foyer to conduct business. Also, we do require the use of a face-covering mask and we expect everyone to practice social distancing while waiting to be served.
