Paying Your Bill – Made Easy
Learn how to pay your bill online or sign up for automatic bill pay. It’s easy, fast and simple. Also, when you pay your bill online or sign up for auto payment you will be entered into La Jicarita’s Pay & Win campaign!
- Enter your user name and password. If you don’t have a login account you can begin one for free.
- Locate your 10 digit account number on your service bill.
- You will be prompted to enter a secret code. These will be numbers, 167 followed by the last four
digits of your land line phone number. For example, 1671234. - You may view and pay your bill using electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or
American Express credit card. - You are now automatically entered into the Pay & Win drawing.

account. You won’t have to worry about late payments ever again. Also be automatically entered into the Pay & Win drawing!
Pay & Win
Every customer who pays their consolidated bill online and on time will be entered to win a prize. One eligible customer per month will be randomly selected. Just pay your bill using online bill pay by the 20th of every month or enroll in automatic withdrawal and you will be automatically entered into the Pay & Win drawing.
*One winner will be randomly selected per month. All customers who subscribe to service and have paid their bill by the 20th of the month, by online payment or automatic withdrawal are eligible to win. To receive a prize, the winner must give consent for name and photo to be used in La Jicarita materials.
Please be advised: If you are paying an overdue balance, you must call or pay in person at the office to avoid a disconnection of service. Paying online can take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.
